Coach Trey, founder of The Coach Creative Inc., is a basketball coach, athletic trainer, and mental performance coach with over 30 years of experience coaching in the US and internationally. Based in the Washington, D.C./Maryland/Virginia area, his mission is to help players and teams achieve their goals through physical and mental skills training, strategic creative problem solving, and mentorship. In 2023, Coach Trey established The Burger Coach, an innovative venture that creates and sells top-quality handmade burgers and award-winning chili with the goal of raising funds to support the youth sports foundations and organizations he volunteers with locally and around the world.

Alex McLean, a former professional basketball player with a notable career overseas and coaching experience in the NBA, understands the significance of giving back to the community. After years of honing his skills on the court and guiding players off the court, Alex has developed a deep appreciation for the mental and physical development of athletes. He recognizes the critical importance of mental health in sports, advocating for comprehensive support systems for athletes. His passion for philanthropy and community service led him to join The Burger Coach LLC, a venture he saw immense potential in. Through this platform, Alex aims to expand his philanthropic investments, contributing to the well-being and growth of athletes in his community. Additionally, he is proud to be part of a growing food and restaurant portfolio that not only provides a great experience but also supports the local community. His commitment to supporting others continues to drive his efforts in making a positive impact both on and off the court.
